Jack's Drift Cocktail Recipe
Wakefire
Herbal, Spiced, Intriguing
“The sea lit up behind her, and I never saw the dark the same again.”
Captain Jack Tuerto
This one is stirred, not shaken. Chartreuse and dry vermouth alongside Jack's Drift: three spirits with something to say, and none of them quietly. The grapefruit bitters bring structure. The flamed rosemary or bay leaf is not decoration. It changes the nose before the drink reaches you, and that matters.

The spirit behind it
Jack's Drift carries the botanical depth this cocktail needs: plum, oak spice, and rum warmth underneath the Citra hops. See what the Devon spirit is made of.
