Jack's Drift Cocktail Recipe
The Dorian Grey
Bright, Aromatic, Decadent
“The first time I drank this, I lost track of a week and gained nothing but stories not fit for print.”
Captain Jack Tuerto
The spirit's Earl Grey botanical is the reason this cocktail exists. Bergamot pulls to bergamot, the hop brightness cuts through the sweetness, and the lemon does the honest work. Served up with a lemon twist or a dried rose petal, it looks composed. It isn't.

The spirit behind it
Jack's Drift is the Devon botanical spirit that makes this drink what it is: vapour-infused with Citra hops, coriander, orange peel, and organic Earl Grey tea, then rested on rum-seasoned oak. Learn what goes into the bottle.
