Ginger Drift

The simplest of the four. Fifty millilitres of Jack's Drift, fresh lime, ginger beer over ice, and the optional bitters if you want the extra edge. The spirit's citrus and hop character holds its own against the ginger, which is the point.

Ingredients
- 50ml Jack's Drift
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Top with ginger beer
- Optional: dash of orange or grapefruit bitters
Method
Build in highball over cubed ice. Stir gently to combine. Top with ginger beer.
