Last updated: January 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website driftwright.co.uk and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The website is operated by Driftwright & Cooper Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol from our website or to access certain areas of the site.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is under 18. Delivery personnel may request identification to verify age upon delivery.
It is a criminal offence in the United Kingdom for anyone under 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol, or for anyone to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for someone under 18.
3. Products and Pricing
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact us.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
Availability
Our products are subject to availability. We produce spirits in small batches, and certain products may be limited edition or seasonal. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing Orders
Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order. We do not store your complete payment details on our servers.
5. Delivery
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available for certain destinations; please contact us for enquiries.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we endeavour to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Age Verification on Delivery
Our delivery partners may require proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide valid identification showing they are 18 or over, the delivery may be refused, and redelivery charges may apply.
Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you when we receive full payment.
6. Returns and Refunds
